Crushed Cornish potatoes, tarragon dressing


Cornish new potatoes, roasted until crisp and served with a tarragon salsa verde. 

Preparation instructions: Preheat in the oven to 180 degrees C. Reheat in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and dress with tarragon salsa verde.
