Our signature main course, a layered potato dauphinoise and mushroom pie, enriched with plenty of tangy Roquefort blue cheese. 

Preparation instructions: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Lay cut side down on the baking paper on a baking tray and reheat in the oven for 15-20 minutes until warmed through.
