Tart Tatin, crème fraiche (half)


Scottish Braeburn apples slowly caramelised and baked under a puff pastry crust, served with crème fraiche. Our signature dessert. 

Preparation intructions: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Place the tart tatin on a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes until warmed through. Serve with crème fraiche on the side.
