Tart Tatin, crème friache (whole – to share)


Scottish Braeburn apples slowly caramelised and baked under a puff pastry crust, served with crème fraiche. Our signature dessert. A whole tart – enough for two to share.  

Preparation intructions: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Place the tart tatin on a baking tray and reheat for 10-15 minutes until warmed through. Serve with crème fraiche on the side.
